Healthcare Advisory & Assistance – DPTS provides management and executive administrative services for the 78th Medical Group. Specifically, DPTS provides healthcare program management and medical administration services in a wide range of organizational, business, and financial operations within the medical treatment facility. We provide healthcare advisory professionals that offer technical expertise and administrative support to assist senior-level management by impacting plans and operations; compliance; risk/quality, human resources, materiel, budgetary/fiscal, information, and medical facility management; managed care; patient administration; personnel and administrative services; medical manpower; medical readiness; disaster preparedness/contingency operations; and, biomedical equipment repair support services.
Facilities Support – DPTS provides management and oversight of a civil engineering program. We provide engineering, logistics support, management support and facilities maintenance services. DPTS maintains, repairs, and tests aviation ground-support equipment and we provide inventory control support. We also identify and schedule preventive maintenance requirements for GSE. Our maintenance technicians perform meteorology and calibration, vibration testing and preventive maintenance for sensitive calibration and monitoring gauges, tools, and equipment as required. We track variances such as vibration, abnormal temperatures within mechanical systems, weather-related variances, and analyze data to assess equipment condition, life expectancy, and potential failures. We also provide industrial equipment maintenance services. These services include, but are not limited to, the following: maintaining and repairing core plant machinery, detecting problems and equipment failure throughout the industrial plant base, and implementing corrective actions. Further, DPTS provides civil engineering support (e.g., painting, electrical, HVAC, boiler, carpentry, plumbing, and welding, etc.) to both the operational and military aircraft repair facilities.
Acquisition & Logistics – DPTS analyzes solicitations and contracts for logistics support recommendations for Warner Robins Air Logistics Center. DPTS researches budget histories and conducts budget reconciliation and cost/budget and financial analysis for O&M and depot funds. We support acquisition milestone review process and we provide budget support through the collection, analysis, and entry of information into various financial databases.
Advisory & Assistance – DPTS maintains and updates digital databases for Robins AFB, GA. Working with the Environmental Systems Research Institute, DPTS plans and develops detailed drawings (layouts and maps) using computer-aided equipment (Arcmap, ArcInfo, ArcCatalog, and AutoCAD) in support of the air and ground photography studies at the base. Additionally, DPTS provides programmatic and technical services within the Direct Digital Control Center to resolve base facility operations issues.
