Contract Vehicles

CAAS IV is the ACC and the Air Force District of Washington's strategic initiative to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to United States Air Force customers. DPTS is part of a large and small business team and the work is performed at both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

The contract vehicle was awarded on November 29, 2011 with a period of performance that consists of a base year and four (one-year) option periods. Work is being performed at ACC headquarters at Langley AFB, VA; 13 major ACC locations (wing/bases); and, additional ACC organizations with Host Tenant Support Agreements (HTSAs). CAAS IV also supports the Air Force District of Washington customers, to include Headquarters Air Force (HAF), Secretary of the Air Force (SAF), and the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI).

As an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract, task orders are released to all prime contractors for competitive bidding. Task orders valued at $1,000,000 annually, or less, are restricted to small business primes while task orders, over this threshold, are distributed to the larger business primes.

CAAS IV is the preferred contract vehicle for both Air Combat Command and Air Force District of Washington requirements.

GEITA enables pre-selected contractors, including DPTS, to provide full range of Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) in support of the Air AFCEE mission. GEITA supports worldwide AFCEE customers to include Air Force MAJCOMs, Air Force installations and other AFCEE customers. These services include three A&AS categories such as (1) management and professional; (2) studies, analyses, and evaluation; and, (3) engineering and technical services in the following disciplines:

• Restoration
• Compliance
• Pollution Prevention
• Conservation and Planning
• Fuel Facility Engineering and Project Work
• Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) activities
• Air Force Real Property Agency (AFRPA)
• Range Activity Support
• Military Family Housing (includes privatization and outsourcing)
• MILCON Program Support
• Homeland Defense Act activities and initiatives (Global War on Terrorism, Force Protection and Overseas Contingency Support)
• Operations and Maintenance Support
• Air Force Institute for Operational Health

The MASS contract offers Air Force medical treatment facilities (MTFs) the flexibility in selecting contractors to accomplish MASS within military hospitals/clinics nationwide. The contract enables four pre-selected contractors, including DPTS, to bid on fixed-price task orders covering a broad range of MASS to include 26 pre-defined labor categories and five service categories.  The contract has a one-year base period, with four (one-year) option periods. The primary organizations supported under MASS include Air Staff, Major Commands (MAJCOM), and 63 nationwide MTFs.

The GSA Alliant contract offers government agencies the flexibility in selecting contractors to accomplish state-of-the-art information technology (IT) systems solutions. This contract enables DPTS and other contractors to bid on task orders that cover a broad range of management and technical IT support services of infrastructure, application services and IT management services. The contract has a five-year base period with one (five-year) renewal option to provide all the components of integrated IT solutions worldwide. The contract also contains provisions that allow agencies to purchase new technology as it is developed.
