DPTS Awarded Regional Referral Management Services Contract
Manassas, VA – March 2011 – Healthcare services provider, DP Technology Services, Inc. (DPTS), announced today that it was awarded a one-year U.S. Air Force (USAF) contract to provide referral management services across eight Air Force Bases (AFBs) within the nation’s Eastern Region. DPTS was awarded this delivery order under its Medical Administrative Support Services (MASS) contract that provides medical services nationwide with healthcare services directly related to improving the patient encounter.
DPTS is excited to continue the effort of placing quality healthcare support personnel at USAF installations all across the country. The soon-to-be staffed nurses and referral clerks will play a vital role at these key facilities, serving to greet patients, assist with the medical administration process and assist with hands-on patient care for military service personnel and their families.
In a consolidated contracting effort, the following eight AFBs will receive referral management services: Andrews, Bolling, Dover, Hanscom, Langley, McGuire, Scott, and Wright-Patterson.
