DPTS Awarded Air Force Warfare Center Contract
Manassas, VA – May 2011 – DP Technology Services, Inc. (DPTS) announced the award of a 26-month contract by the United States Air Force (USAF) Warfare Center (USAFWC) and 57th Wing. Under this contract, DPTS will provide well trained and equipped combat-ready forces to conduct integrated combat operations support.
This contract was designed by the USAFWC to support missions to fly, fight and win the U.S. wars in air, space and cyberspace using academic training schools, testing, and tactical development programs. To execute this mission, DPTS will provide war fighter scheduling support for the 64 & 65 Aggressor Squadron (AGRS) and the 507 Air Defense Aggressor Squadron (ADAS) located at Nellis AFB, NV.
DPTS President and CEO, Darla Portillo, stated: “Our staff will prepare aircrews for future success through challenging, realistic threat replication, training, testing, academics, and feedback. They will work together with Nellis AFB personnel to support flight scheduling and training for F-15 (65 AGRS) and F-16 (64 AGRS) aircraft unit operations, develop and refine USAF Weapons School syllabus requirements and facilitate FLAG exercises."

The U. S. Air Force Warfare Center (USAFWC) at Nellis Air Force Base, NV, reports directly to Air Combat Command. The Center was founded Sept. 1, 1966, as the U.S. Air Force Tactical Fighter Weapons Center. It was renamed the U.S. Air Force Warfare Center in October 2005. The mission of the USAFWC is to shape the way our force fights through Advanced Training, Operational Testing, and Tactics Development in Air, Space and Cyberspace at the Operational and Tactical Levels of War.
The 57th Wing is the largest composite wing in the United States Air Force. It provides advanced aerospace training to world-wide combat air forces and showcases aerospace power to the world while overseeing the dynamic and challenging flying operations at Nellis Air Force Base (AFB), NV. It oversees all flying operations at Nellis AFB and conducts advanced aircrew, space, logistics and command and control training through the USAF Weapons School, "RED FLAG" and "GREEN FLAG" exercises.
