Logistics and Material Life-Cycle Management Support, DSCR – DPTS provides subject matter experts with strong backgrounds and expertise in logistical support to the military, supply chain management, and data analysis with performance based logistics (PBLs), life-cycle logistics integration missions, including the development of policy and other tailored support initiatives. We also provide technical and management support via interfaces. We determine optimum business practices and candidates for the Strategic Acquisition Directorate (DPO) initiatives and assist in BAE metrics support via data analysis, reports breakdown and monitoring, and providing services in the area of project management and analysis support for PBLs, life-cycle logistics integration missions and other tailored support services.

Business Case Analyses, DSCR – DPTS performs economic and market share analysis, identifies environmental threats, recommends solutions to counter shortfalls and implements process improvements to meet objectives as part of our business case analyses.

Data Mining/Database Solutions, DSCR – DPTS professionals develop database solutions for proprietary issues, implement data models and maintain database integrity of multi-faceted platforms for DoD weapons systems and customize database systems for DoD weapons systems life-cycle development for the DSCR / Aviation Directorate.
